Running winery in panoramic position ! Working winery near Agliano Terme. In a panoramic and tranquil position we find this classical piemontese winery, dating back to the 1800. The property has 5 hectares of ground, of which 2,6 ha of vineyard, the vineyard has been classified biological from 2005. The vineyard is mainly barbera, but also has some Dolcetto, Cortese and Malvasia. There is a potential of app. 20.000 bottles a year, at the moment the owner combines winemaking with selling some of the grapes. The old classical cascina is L-shaped, and holds the habitation and the winery facilities. In addition there is a new construction used as a warehouse and storage place for the agricultural machinery. The habitation consists of a large dining room also used for winetastings/lunches ecc, there is a working pizzaoven, a fireplace and a fitted brick kitchen. The more private part consists of a kitchen and living room, bathroom and large laundry/dressing room, upstairs we find three bedrooms. There is an overbuilt portico both to the back and the side. The winery part includes the bottling line, utility room, some storage place and a garage, on the first floor the large hayloft still to be recuperated, this could easily be transformed into apartments or B&B facilities. There is a splendid piemontese cantina in the cellar where the wineproduction finds place. The new construction was originally planned as a separate habitation, and all the permits are in place to convert it to a free-standing family home or further rentals.
