- Bus stop near the property for access to Playa Beach;

- Ample parking in the surrounding areas.

Transfers to and from the airport are available for a fee.

We offer rentals only to those with references for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 12 months.

PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE SUMMER PERIOD (JUNE/JULY/AUGUST), THE RENT WILL BE REASSESSED.
